Laoag Capitol or Ilocos Norte Capitol is a nice place and It's 2024 still looking good and will be looking more amazing in the future!

 

New Asphalt and if you notice the right side of the road there will be another Spanish-looking building there, I don't know when will they start constructing but, I think this year 2024.
