Maximum Laon Increased at Pag-ibig Fund from P3M to P6M
Laon Purposes
The Pag-IBIG housing loan may be used to finance any one or a combination of the following:
➧Purchase of a fully-developed residential lot or adjoining residential lots not exceeding 1,000 sq. m.;
➧Purchase of a residential house and lot, townhouse or condominium unit;
➧Contruction or completion of a residential unit on a residential lot owned by the owner;
➧Home improvement on the house owned by the owner;
➧Refinancing of an existing housing loan with an institution acceptable to the fund.
Eligibility Requirement
The modified End-User Home Financing Program (EUF) is available to activate members, including OFW's who:
➧Have made at least 24 monthly savings or have totals savings equivalent to 24 monthly savings;
➧Are not more than 65 years old as of date of application and not more than 70 years old at loan maturity;
➧Have no outstanding, pag-IBIG housing loan that was foreclosed, canceled, brought back due to default or subjected to decision page.
Loanable Amount and Interest Rate
A qualified member may borrow up to a maximum amount of Six Million pesos (P6,000,000.00) the interest rate to be charged shall be based on the fund's pricing framework and shall depend on the borrower's chosen re-pricing period.
Maximum loan term
The loan term is payable over a maximum term of 30 years.
Apply online:
➧Housing loan applicants filling their housing loan application through the online facility will have a special lane in pag-IBIG branch offices and will be given priority over walk-in applicants.
➧Online filling of housing loan application requires the pag-IBIG Membership Identification (MID)
number or Registration Tracking Number (RTN) or the Temporary Identification of the member applicants for log-in and security posses. the system assigns a unique reference number known as the Housing Laon Application Tracking Number.
➧Online applicants must provide the following loan information: purpose, mode of payment, desired loan term, and desired re-pricing period; Personal information: email address, cell phone number, home-ownership, years of stay in present home address, occupation, years in employment or business, number of dependents, gross monthly income, and their prefered Pag-Ibig office where application will be submitted.
➧To file your housing loan application, just log-on to Http://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/HusingLaon.

➧Servicing department, 2/f JELP Business solutions, 409 Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyung City; or at any Pag-IBIG branch office (for NCR accounts)
➧Pag-IBIG branch office nearest you (for provincial accounts)
